Sango Finance — Terms of Service

Article 1: Object of Service Sango Finance is a portfolio visualization and tracking application designed for passive investors. The application allows users to centralize the monitoring of various assets (Stocks, ETFs, Crypto, Real Estate) and simulate investment strategies such as Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) and Value Averaging (VA). 

Article 2: Financial Disclaimer (No Investment Advice) Sango Finance is a purely technical and mathematical tool. Sango Softwares does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. The Value Averaging (VA) and Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) calculations are informative models and do not constitute buy or sell recommendations. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The user is solely responsible for their investment decisions. 

Article 3: Technical Liability
Data Accuracy: Sango Finance relies on third-party data providers. While we use secure protocols, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or constant availability of market prices.
Third-Party Data Security: Sango Finance implements the most advanced security protocols supported by each third-party provider, including HTTP Header authentication where available. However, Sango Softwares cannot be held liable for the inherent security architecture of third-party APIs that strictly require URL-based authentication. Users acknowledge that some providers may log request metadata as part of their standard operations.
API Usage: The user is responsible for the security of the API keys they provide. We strongly recommend using keys with "read-only" permissions.
iCloud Synchronization: Sango Softwares is not liable for data loss resulting from failures in Apple's iCloud infrastructure or the compromise of the user's Apple ID account.

Article 4: Intellectual Property The name Sango Finance, the Sango Kaku logo, and the application's source code are the exclusive property of Sango Softwares.
